Early Life & Education

Born on 4 August 1977 in Bonizal Ganderbal, Jammu & Kashmir, Dr. Hami immersed himself in Qurʼanic sciences and Hadith studies from a young age. He pursued advanced degrees in Arabic, Islamic law, and judiciary, harmonizing classical scholarship with community welfare.

Multilingual in Arabic, Urdu, Kashmiri, English, Sanskrit, and Persian, he bridges diverse intellectual traditions while mentoring the next generation of Hanafi scholars. His teachers span revered Sufi lineages, inspiring his mission to revive the spiritual heritage of Kashmir.
